Plymouth Folk Roots
Plymouth Folk Roots (Previously Plymouth Folk Festival) is a non profit making society run by a small committee of dedicated volunteers, who meet regularly with the aim of promoting the appreciation and performance of a wide variety of music, dance and song, particularly in the folk tradition.
The committee organises an annual festival, which is now in its seventh year, and a number of events and sessions at regular intervals, featuring a wealth of talented musicians, singers and dance teams, the majority of whom are local to Plymouth. New members are welcome, as performers, supporters and potential committee members!
